(May - August 2007) The 1950s kicks off with a lot of OK movies. The classics of the year are definitely All About Eve, The Third Man, and Sunset Boulevard. When you compare these films with the others, you can really see how advanced they were for their time. I was particularly impressed with Caged, as well. Father of the Bride is fun. Spencer Tracy makes the movie. Stage Fright is notable Hitchcock. It's not one of his more famous films, but certainly a memorable one.

Top Ten -- All About Eve, Annie Get Your Gun, Caged, Cinderella, Father of the Bride, The Gunfighter, Stage Fright, Storm Warning, Sunset Boulevard, The Third Man
